Stubaitalbahn, Austria - July 2006
Stubaitalbahn is a local railway in Austria. It runs from Innsbruck to Fulpmes using trams
rather than real trains.Within the city limits of Innsbruck the trams stop at the stop in the streets
like any other tram, whereas out in the countryside the trams stop only at the small stations in the villages.
The line offers scenic views, including a nice view of Innsbruck. While Fulpmes is the terminus in the
mountains the station in Telfes is actually located at a higher elevation and there are nice views of the
Stubaital from above this village.
