Røgerierne på Bornholm har denne meget karakteristiske skorsten hvori fisken ryges. Desværre er kun et ganske lille antal af røgerierne stadig i brug.
The fish smokeries on the island of Bornholm has a very characteristic chimny in which the fish is smoked. Only a few of the smokeries are in use today.
